We enjoyed an outside casual style tea ceremony event at Uchiyama-tei, and picnic at Kansui park, then finally visited the Art Market in Shimin plaza !!!! So much fun in one day !!! Thanks to very nice weather , and thanks to hearty friends we could enjoy and relax enough !!

       

Hinamatsuri party!!!!
We enjoyed appriciating beautiful and gorgeous Hina dolls set in Satomichan’s parents’ house. Thank you Satomichan for making arrangements of this party !!!
And Satomichan read aloud a Hinamatsuri story book for us.
After that, we enjoyed eating Sakuramochi which Akanechan’s mother made for us. The sakuramochi was really wonderful !!! Very good !!
And we enjoyed Origami !! We could get to know many origami art from abroad !

  

  

This is the 2nd language workshop and our first lunch time!
We had English study group and Japanese study group.
University students childcare volunteers supported our activity this time too. Really helpful for us. In total 25 people gathered together !

About the lunch , Akane chan’s mother cooked for us this beautiful Japanese dish “Chikuzenni” ちくぜんに!!! Very tasty !!
And Dyah san brought us Indonesian sweet!!! Its also nice !!
Thank you both so much for your kindness!!!

We all enjoyed making Japanese New Year decorations!!! and hashibukuro( chopsticks decoration packets) for new year cerebration meals !!!

  

  

Picture book reading time in the Toyama City International Exchange Festival. It really worked well! We enjoyed it very much!! Christina did very good job !!!
