Glocal Summit in Takaoka

In Takaoka, a VERY interesting multicultural event will be held soon on April 9 Sunday at Zuiryu-ji temple. Here ; http://www.zuiryuji.jp/photo/

” Glocal” is a combination of “Global” and “Local”.
This event aims for our diverse communication and cultural exchange.
Toyama Muslim Center will offer their curry dish for free to participants(^^).
From 13:00, the chief priest of Zuiryu-ji temple, the head of Toyama Muslim center Mr.Mazen, and the head of Toyama YMCA who is a Japanese Christian Sugawarasan, and the head of NGO “Asian Children’s Dream” Ms.Kawabuchi, and others will have discussion about “the PEACE we could learn from children”
From 14:30, casual style Japanese tea ceremony will be offered by Ms.Tamaki (Urasenke). We can enjoy the Maccha time and chatting in the Zuiryu-ji garden.

This is a precious attempt which no one has ever seen before, I think. The organizers are amazing.
